It is said that 49% of all jobs will be replaced by machines, robots, and computers in the near future due to the development of technology.
Such a social transition is already seen in many places, such as AI-based automated driving, shogi and go matches between AI and professionals, and lawyers collecting court cases and documents based on AI analysis.
Under these circumstances, the first thing that comes to my mind is career guidance for the present children. If words in dialects such as Kagoshima dialect and Tsugaru dialect can be dictated for clerical work, desk work involving expertise will no longer be required. Certificates in various fields will also be useless.
When the present kindergarten and elementary school children become adults, they may find no jobs if they make wrong decisions in choosing high schools and universities or school majors.
However, it is so difficult to look 15 or 20 years into the future that parents need to guide their children to be mentally tough no matter what the situation.
I think this requires you not to spoil your children but raise them so that they can communicate flexibly and practically with anyone.
