												| | In Japan, there are old sayings (proverbs) like "The child is the father
of the man" and "Genius displays
												itself even in childhood." Both
of them imply that people are
												born with personality traits as
												characters. Meanwhile, there is
also the saying "Birth is much
												but breeding is more," which
												represents that an environment
												where children are raised is
												important.
 People
also face many turning points in
												their lives. Turning points
												include going to college,
												starting working, friendship,
												love, marriage, divorce,
												bereavement, accident, incident,
												irretrievable mistake, betrayal,
and even getting a helping hand
in trouble. Every time people go
												through these turning points,
they are shaped by joy, sorrow,
												disappointment, and inspiration.

 That is to say that
												personalities are complexly
												structured as they are developed
												based on natural-born characters
												and a growth environment through
												experiences when becoming
												independent and turning points
												after starting working.

 Like
I mentioned in Vol. 2 "What is
life all about?" before, it is
												difficult to evaluate the lives
												of other people, particularly
												people with many experiences,
												whose mentalities are too
												complicated to sometimes
												understand.

 To
												maintain human society, however,
we still need to evaluate other
												people, and the country still
												need to judge criminals. People
												are evaluated and judged based
on what they said and what they
												did because human responsibility
												lies in these two perspectives.
In conclusion, I think that each
												person's psychological
												conditions and processes leading
to results are almost unknown to
others and do not matter a lot
												in evaluation and judgment.
